Beauty is all shapes, sizes, skin and what is not considered the ‘norm’. In my eyes, every person is beautiful in their own light. Our imperfections physically makes us glow even more and if an individual doesn’t conform to what society wants them to look like, that’s beauty. Confidence is beauty.

Hey Everyone , My name is Tyata Collins but you can call me Ty for short. I am 6’2 in height and I’ve always had a passion for modeling. However, I’ve been turned down by agencies due to me reaching the maximum height requirement or my size is not acceptable. I am a size 4 and I was even told by a Top agency that “we like your look, but can you lose the 4 pounds ?” So they basically wanted me to be a size 0. My mom and I walked out because it just sounded so barbaric to tell someone to lose weight being that they’re already skinny. I usually do a lot of freelancing modeling projects but I’ve been working so much to get a new portfolio. However, modeling is my passion and I want to inspire young girls who have dreams of becoming a model, to be who you are and don’t let society change you. You were born this way and you should love every flaw about you. Getting in front of the camera made me love myself even more because I got to express my self how I wanted too. I am vivacious, outgoing, down to earth and love to make others feel good when their day is not going well. My goal is to not only be a icon but be that next role model for the generations to come.
