My definition of beauty is how a person carries themselves day by day. A person with determination, motivation, and the desire to help others is indeed beautiful. A person who enjoys their good days and also understands that it's not the end of the world when they have their bad days. Beauty comes from within. When you carry the love in your heart the beauty will extend it's light to your outer self. That is ultimately....BEAUTIFUL.

I am a 27 year old African American/caverdian female. I was born and raised in the smallest state of the US; Rhode Island. After a recent engagement breakup I relocated to the center of Texas. I needed a piece of mind and I felt as though a change of scenery would do just that. Prior to leaving my hometown I competed for the title of Miss Rhode Island. As I am not a title holder, it was a wonderful experience. I bonded with my new pageant sisters and I learned a great deal from a lot of inspirational people. My objective in life is to stay afloat no matter how many times life has or will let me down!

My current interest is poetry, studying for the National Adult Spelling Bee, and pursuing a career in modeling. I just want to take this time right now to thank you for reading my profile.
