I am nicole, chilean, 28 years old, single, childless, dog lover, graduated in commercial tourism, a nomad person by nature. I currently live in New Zealand, a wonderful place where beauty stereotypes are diverse and very exotic. Being a very advanced country in all areas, I have been a victim of racism for my skin color, my Latin appearance or simply for my level of English. However, it is not a problem to continue my journey through this beautiful country. Most of the residents have welcomed me in a very good way. I have been fortunate to visit some countries, being fortunate to know so many varieties of beauty, both physical and cultural.
It is a good way to demonstrate that beauty stereotypes go beyond the typical fashion magazines and models that adorn TV shows. beauty goes beyond a beautiful body, the details and an open and cultivated mind, can be more striking.
I am a Latin woman, of middle social class, that means that it costs us more to take advantage of the moment of looking wonderfully beautiful, since the means are limited, compared to other countries where glamor is normal day by day and accessible. Traveling the world, I was able to discover the real beauty of each person when sharing their cultures. my stereotypes changed, my mind opened even more. I am the real reflection of the Chilean and Latin women.
