Allow myself to introduce myself I am Josh; I am a father of one , I am an x martial artist, chef by trade, and a man whom loves knowledge and willing to try new things and loves to learn endlessly. I have many hobbies such as painting, Swordsmithing, drawing, writing, singing. Being here is an honor and a step towards my mental health. Iv been diagnosed being Bipolar coupled with BPD. The best of times things were very hard for me and sometimes still are. But here's to mens mental health!
