My name is Jodie Leigh Armstrong, and I am 18 years old from Sheffield. I’m currently studying an acting degree at University of the Arts London and I have a love and passion for acting, modelling and boxing.

I think it is an amazing opportunity for aspiring models and influencer to show the fashion Industry that change is good and you can be beautiful in all shapes and size. while giving the confidence and encouragement to push themselves to go for their dreams and do it.

I think I would be a good face for the next generation of young models because I understand how harsh the restrictions in this industry can be, being a young woman myself aspiring for a career in acting, I am aware of the many obstacles that prevent you from getting past the first hurdle just for not having the ‘right look’. With the platform that Fashion Hero offers, I feel I with the love and passion I have for this I could transform the modelling and acting industries and make them open to a wider range of talented individuals who may have found their ambitions harder to achieve before due to appearances.
