I'm Mirna. A fun loving, travel adoring, book nerd who loves to hang out with my niece and nephews. I'm a big fan of Marvel universe and movies are a big part of my life. I've been through some things that shaped my life and changed my thinking and way of living. My mom died almost 4 and a half years ago and that was devastating. I still can't believe that she's not here. Five years ago I was a contestant in the Croatian version of The Biggest Loser. I won the prize for the best non-finalist but the best thing about the show was that I've lost 60 kg (more that 130 lbs). The gym is my second home now, I adore cooking and coming up with new recipes. The one thing I'm insecure about are my legs because I don't thing they look so great. I've had skin removal surgery on my belly, arms and breast and that helped a lot with my confidence.
I think it's a great way to show people that we are all beautiful in our way and that beauty standards don't mean a thing.
I would be a great role model because of everything I've been through and that shows that we are strong and capable of taking future in our own hands. We just have to go for it! Good things come to those who chase their dreams, not to those who wait for something to happen.
