I'm a single mom, English kindergarten teacher and model. I'm half French half Mexican, but I've lived all my life in Mexico. I'm a mature woman that wants to have a second chance in life.
It's a great show, a platform for us to be seen. To show what we can do and what we are capable to do. To show brands and the fashion world that we also deserve to have role model that we identify with and not only expectations.
I want to be an inspiration for women, to show them that it's never to late, that even if you have everything against you, you can still persue your dreams. No matter your age, that you are still beautiful and that even with so little support you can still manage to get up and do it. I'm a mom of two young boys, that had dedicate all my grown life to my family. 2 years ago I was the perfect mom, doughter and sister in a society where the family is the most important thing in life, that no matter what you as a woman have to sacrifice yourself in behalf of your children. And I was that person for over 23 years. But I get to a point where I was with overweight, and starting to have health problems, I had some depression and ws about to throw the towel. Bit getting sick it ws like a wke up call for me. And I start to change my life and to take care more of myself. My two boys have been my greatest supporters, but that doesn't men everybody agrees on what I was doing. I went back to model and that was enough for some people to turn their backs on me. I want to share my story with the people, and maybe help women like me to realice we can get second chances. And that is never to late. Thank you
