I'm a hard working, determined woman with goals. I'm a mother of 3. I'm about to be a grandma. I'm a recovering addict. I was raised poor by 2 alcoholics. I wore hand-me-downs from my brother's growing up as a child. I am the only girl and the youngest of 3. I was picked on in school because of how I dressed and didn't have many friends. I never matched. That stuck with me until this day and I make sure that I always match and look presentable. My grandmother use to tell me that I could be a model, so I thought I would give it a shot!

I think that fashion hero is a blessing! I love the fact that it gives people that come from many backgrounds to have the opportunity to be models no matter what they look like.
