Hi! My name is Jaboa Davis and I am from Connecticut! I am a mother of three beautiful children, and the last of two siblings in my family. I am a fun loving, energetic , some times loud but full of humor, people person! I have a loving and supportive extended family who would love to see me shine as bright as I can on this show and I would love to get the chance to do that as well.

I think the concept behind this television series is something our society desperately needs, especially for our younger generation. Social media has constructed such drastic and unrealistic beauty standards, and the power behind such platforms should be used to undue and reshape such things. People deserve to see real people, all shapes and sizes, all ethnicities and different social backgrounds as real representation of what it means to be beautiful. Beauty is only skin deep, and this show reminds us of that.

I would be a great role model and inspire people with my story and background. My story is not for the faint of heart, that’s for sure, and it goes to show that through faith and a lot of perseverance, anything is possible. I want to be able to help children in the system, inspire them to keep pushing and to get them the proper psychological help needed when going through the system. I feel my story and my voice will resonate through your the community and that is why I know I am a great role model and should be the new face of A New Kind of Beautiful.
