I am a Welsh plus-size woman who is on her path to changing the world for the better. I'm a first time pageant queen whereby I am advocating for improved mental health provisions in the education system as well as being a promoter of all things mental health, self care and self love. Alongside this I work part time within the health care industry whilst completing my studies to be a qualified counsellor.

I am absolutely thrilled that media outlets are now acting on their spoken values surrounding inclusivity. As a plus size women, it fills my heart to see people like me represented in the media.

I feel that with my story of triumph over adversity would act as a beacon of light for people who have experienced the same or similar in their lifetime. I'm hopeful that this will inspire many to look in the face of adversity and carry on the path that they're destined to do.
