Hey! I am Lauren and for the longest time I have always thought I was ugly as I didn't look like the girls in magazines and I always feel like I need to lose weight or change myself. I have recently started feeling more confident and have realised that everyone is beautiful and everyone is special in thier own way xx

I think its a great idea to show young girls that have the idea that you are only beautiful if you look like girls on social media that beauty comes in all shapes and sizes and that we are all different but that it doesn't mean we are not beautiful x
